We insist that each team member provides the very highest level of workmanship and customer care and that no detail however small is too small.

Our reputation for manufacturing quality horseboxes and commercial spraying has been extremely hard won; it is only surpassed by our level of continued commitment to customer care that Janet and I insist we provide for every customer. To this end we have worked tirelessly to build a close-knit team of very skilled professionals who really do take pride in their work. It is an easy thing to say “Pride in Workmanship” and I feel it needs a little more explanation. When I say “Pride in Workmanship,” it has a depth of meaning for us. What I am actually saying is that a team member has understood a specific assignment, applied their wealth of experience and professional judgment, completed the task to the highest possible standards and the work has passed all our internal quality control inspections.

Quality at KPH means doing it right when no one is looking. This is very important to us, the little details count and these are the little details that set us way apart. For us it has never been about how fast we can build, rather it is how well we can manufacture. I have a daily routine of walking around the workshops, checking all the work in progress. It is a matter of pride amongst the team that I cannot find faults. The team make our company great and I cannot emphasise enough the pride we have in them and the pride we all have in all our horseboxes.

Customer care is just as important as the product and when we hand over a new horsebox there is inevitably a lot of information to pass to the customer. We realise this is a lot to remember on the day and some of the facilities may not be used for quite some time. We have taken this into account and for any of our customers, who have queries, I am available at any time to answer questions on the phone and we also answer emails as promptly as possible.
As an example the below feedback from Claudia and Jane is typical and every one of our customers receives this level of commitment from the team at KPH. We include a comprehensive two year warranty and export as far away as Canada and New Zealand, so we cannot afford to get the slightest detail wrong!
