For us it has never been about how fast or how cheaply we can build rather it is how well we can manufacture. To this end, we have a daily routine of walking around the workshops, checking the work in progress. It is a matter of pride amongst the team that we cannot find faults.

Ultimately, it is our dedicated team that make us exceptional, and we cannot emphasise enough the pride we have in them and the pride we all have in all our horseboxes.

To this end, we have worked tirelessly to build a close-knit team of very skilled professionals who really do take pride in their work. It is an easy thing to say, “Pride in Workmanship” and we feel it needs a little more explanation. For us, “Pride in Workmanship,” has a depth of meaning, and what we are saying, is that a team member has understood a specific assignment, applied their wealth of experience and professional judgment, completed the task to the highest possible standards and the work has passed our internal quality control inspections and passed without any snagging faults.

 

We often say, “the devil is in the little details.” These seemingly minor aspects of the manufacturing process are often what make the biggest difference in the final product. By focusing on these details and ensuring they are executed with the utmost care and precision, we achieve a level of unmatched quality and ultimately, durability.

KPH ASSP

Customer care is as important as our stunning horseboxes, and it starts from first contact. We can say with total confidence that replies to queries are answered in minutes, even in the evenings or early hours and that’s 7 days a week!

For visits, we openly walk customers around the site, visiting each building and department, showing all the stages of manufacture. We believe in transparency and want our clients to see firsthand how we operate and the care we put into each horsebox we build. Furthermore, we believe that spending time understanding the customer’s unique needs and clearly explaining any limitations, as well as time spent choosing colours and finishes is the foundation for creating the perfect bespoke horsebox to exceed expectations.

Throughout the manufacturing process, customers are welcome to visit, and we send build photos and updates. On completion, when we hand over a shiny new horsebox, there is inevitably a lot of information to pass to the often over excited owner, and again, we set no limit on time for this. Once home, we recognise that new questions may arise, so we are ready to answer questions promptly.
